To rent equipment from Scandicam, you first need to fill out a short rental application form.It’s only done once per company or individual — we use it to verify your details and set up your customer account.
Once approved, you can rent freely without signing any new agreements each time.
Simple idea: we get to know you once — after that, it’s quick and easy every time you book.
Once your selection is ready, contact us and fill in:
•Your name or company
•Shooting dates
•Pickup or delivery
•Any extra notes or add-ons
We’ll respond quickly with a confirmation, pricing, and all booking details.
Once you approve the quote, your booking is confirmed.
For new clients, a refundable deposit may apply.
You’ll receive a confirmation with pickup address, times, and payment details.
Gear is picked up at our studio in Stockholm (address provided upon confirmation).
Standard times:
•Pickup from 16:00 PM the day before your shoot
•Return by 09:00 AM the day after your shoot
Need delivery within Stockholm? We can arrange courier transport for a small fee.
When you pick up, we’ll go through the gear together to make sure everything’s in perfect condition.
Once the gear is in your hands, it’s your responsibility during the rental period.
If anything happens, contact us right away — we’ll help sort it out fast and fairly.
Need help on set? We can connect you with trusted DOPs, camera techs, and assistants from our network.
After your shoot, return the equipment in the same condition you received it.
We’ll do a quick check together.
